Apex Legends: The Board Game is a upcoming tactical combat game styled after the battle royale video game of the same name! Use familiar characters to charge into battle, utilize unique tactics and abilities, and claim your victory!

Each player starts by choosing their Legend, each with their own unique actions, abilities, and Feat Deck to utilize throughout the game. In the main box, you will get access to Bangalore, Bloodhound, Wraith, and Gibraltar. If you want access to more Legends, then check out the expansions! The Full Team expansion gets you Lifeline and Pathfinder; Squad 1 gets you Caustic, Mirage, and Octane; and Squad 2 gets you Revenant, Wattson, and Crypto!

Next, set up the fully realized 3D board, filled with familiar spots from Kings Canyon! Customize the board as you wish, changing the board state every new round. But be careful where you place yourself on the board – the ring is getting ever smaller each turn, so move fast!

Along with many other tactical combat games, each turn players can take a variety of actions on their turn: Move, Interact, Use, and Attack. With the use of the Feat Deck, players can then take additional special actions based on their Legends’ abilities. This can range from smoke bombs to shield barriers!

In combat, each Legend has their own strengths and weaknesses that need to be carefully considered. Each weapon has their own unique upgrades that can be acquired through loot boxes or spending resources. Make sure to spend your upgrades carefully – you never know what’s coming next!
