I’m excited about the new FNM promo for February, the new art is beautiful. I’m not sure which one I prefer, but I like the cross between the elven mystic and native shamanism. I think the plant growing in his hand is more appropriate then the random green energy. Both artwork are great, but I’m sure a lot of people will be looking forward to this promo foil.
Friday night Magic promos are usually given out randomly or as prizes in all participating gaming stores. To participate, stores must regularly have magic tournaments such as FNM and registered with Wizards of the Coast. Each stores gets allocated a certain amount of promos depending on participation and other factors.
